Service Business

Matrix Solutions, Inc. provides technology services to small businesses in Central Mississippi. Their business model is to avoid contract
projects and ad-hoc work and focus on building long-term relationships with their clients, which include law firms, medical
offices and insurance-related businesses. A free nTouchAPP is provided to all of their clients that contains updated contact informa
tion and a ‘Who’s On-Call’ link every weekend. Senior Engineer Trey Smith says “We want our clients to contact us ANY TIME
they need ANYTHING. We used to rely on each of our clients keeping all of our staff contact information updated on their systems,
but we have found that it is much more effective to provide one ICON that is always updated with our contact information.

Business Networking Group

BNI S.M.A.R.T. is a BNI Chapter in Brandon, MS that is composed of a variety of businesses. The goal of the chapter is to generate
referrals for the businesses within the group. Two key elements of this are 1) to be able to have updated information for each

technique of carrying each members’ business cards with them in a special binder. Now the chapter has their own
nTouchAPP, which contains updated information on all members. nTouchApp allows members to easily share contact information

Agency

Stewart Title of Mississippi had a problem. Their agents—law firms and title companies from around the state—would constantly
call their office asking for quotes on title insurance. State Counsel Danny Crotwell says “There are several types of title insurance,
each requiring a different calculation—and the rates change every year. We developed an nTouchApp function that lets our
agents calculate insurance premiums on their phone. This has reduced the number of calls to our office and allowed our agents to
provide faster service to THEIR clients.”


Home Owners’ Association

AJendance at the CoJonwoods Homeowners Association’s quarterly meetings had dwindled to almost zero. The board of this 43
-member association has been struggling to increase participation. A recently created website could help, but the board is looking
for new ways to engage the members. Their new nTouchapp is available to all of the homeowners in the area and features contact
information for the board members as well as links to the website and to minutes of recent board meetings.
